The author
Peter Moar is a UK-based management consultant and technology writer. During the 1990s he worked both in Parliament and the public sector before pursuing a career in IT management and technology risk assurance within the financial services industry. He later specialised in the training and education of risk engineers before becoming a management consultant in 2012.
Peter attended the Universities of Wales, London, Cambridge and MIT studying politics, international relations, public administration and technology policy. In recognition of his contributions to academia he was awarded the Elizabeth Morris Prize by the University of Wales and, more recently, a Letter of Commendation from the University of Cambridge.
