Much technological discourse remains theoretical and abstract.  Therefore, in order to stay grounded, we must learn from the experience of applying advanced technologies to real-world environments.  Case studies are highly valued.

What happens when new technologies are deployed in support of government decision making and the delivery of public services?

 Where good case studies can either be written by me, or reported upon, they will appear in this blog.
